Natalie Johnston
I've been passionate about running since I was 13, but I've been a competitive athlete since basically birth. My athletic journey started with horseback riding, swimming, and dance, but running eventually stole my heart. "Running frees my mind and soul; you can just grab your shoes and run anywhere," I always say.
Throughout life's ups and downs, running has been my meditation and a source of personal growth, helping me connect with a deeper part of myself.
With a background in psychology, I approach coaching from a holistic perspective. To me, running is a part of life, not life itself. My coaching focuses on balance, building self-esteem, and finding joy in the sport and life. I aim to help my athletes not just improve their running but also enhance their overall well-being, both mentally and physically.
"There is only a stream of well-being that flows. You can allow it, or resist it, but it flows just the same." - Abraham-Hicks
