Iron Gump
Iron Gump is a mind-body guide that has been teaching in Philadelphia and in other countries for over 15 years.
He utilizes gentle movements and breath-work to guide explorers into deeper states of bodily awareness, strength and relaxation.
A RYT, Qigong instructor and Sound Journey guide since 2006, Gump has been a lead for corporate retreats, boutique hotels, small groups and one on one experiences in the US and overseas.
He is also the founder of Meditative Strength Training, a mindful movement and breathing program that brings you into the present moment, allowing you to connect with your body and mind in a new way. It combines the meditative strength practices of qigong, yoga and kung fu. MST also incorporates calisthenics, kettlebells, clubbells and other weighted equipment for increasing overall strength and mobility.
