Literally, every day, this comes up: paying attention to context is key in any relationship, lest we want to become absolutists.


Yes, “wellness” and “body-mind-spirit”, so to speak, are two peas in a pod. And we need priorities.


Connecting the parts of our body matters, and it may matter first. Head to spine. Shoulders to hips. Arms to legs. Arms to ribs. Ribs to abs. Abs to glutes… eyes, tongue, jaw… and so and so forth.


There’s so much to learn just in this context. Specifically, there is so much to learn about allowing for “gray” area. So rarely is it black and white. So rarely is being closed relevant. It is necessary, and, so rarely…


In other words, one way or another, the priority needs to be reconnecting the head to the body. This is essence of Connectivity. In so doing, we are catalyzing an awareness of how to allow for and to maintain Continuity throughout the spine and the overall skeletal system. Only then can we fully allow for an eternally recurring emergence of newness, which is so eloquently called Creativity. All the while, we become better and better at remembering the fundamental Context of Connectivity, again and again… over and over…
