Shoulders.

Pulling your shoulders back may not only be unnecessary, it may be limiting your ability to move with greater ease.
It’s not a matter of “wrong”, it’s a matter of context. Pulling your shoulders back WITHOUT a sense of what’s going on from the ground up, throughout the rest of your body, is likely just not helping.
Seriously, just let them drop. They’re not forward. You’re not slumping or slouching. And, if your focus is “better posture”, again, pay attention to your foundation. Build from the ground up.
Your feet and ankles. Your pelvic region. Your butt. Your ribs. Overall, your legs. Ya gotta use those legs. Most likely, in fact, you need stronger legs.
Forget the shoulders for a bit.
