Anna believes movement and nutrition are an integral part of living your fullest life, as well as an art, unique for every individual. She takes pride working on establishing a balance with her clients to express all the joys food has to offer, the taste, the community, and the nourishment, while also honoring the fundamentals of food as fuel to help you continue to accomplish the things you love. 

Her movement background includes yoga, powerlifting, body building, and exercise science. Her nourishment background, aside from it being the primary focus of her academic studies, includes baking, honoring food, and living a full foodie life while navigating having celiac disease/dietary restrictions. 

She specializes in applying science backed principles of nutrition to use food as fuel with her clients to enable you to achieve your strength, energy, aesthetics, and wellness goals. She also works with women to help establish nutrition habits to support healthy hormones, regular menstrual cycles, strong/capable bodies, as well as finding comfort in all the ways food can nourish the body and the soul. 

Anna is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from Thomas Jefferson University. She is also a NASM certified personal trainer. Anna is excited to give you the tools to bring your health and fitness goals into fruition and be there to celebrate with you every step the way.
